We’ve all been there. We add new content to a Word or PowerPoint document but the formatting is off. Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a way to fix all those bothersome formatting issues quickly and easily? The key to working efficiently with any Office program is to know and understand how Microsoft intended the program to be used. About Tom Keen
Tom Keen is Microsoft Certified Trainer at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Minnesota. He has a bachelor’s of science degree in journalism from Ohio University. He began his training career in 1996 teaching desktop publishing and web design/coding classes for a private training company in Washington, DC. He joined the New Horizons network in 2006. In addition to Word and PowerPoint, he also teaches Excel, Outlook, Access, Project, Visio, Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
